Model Crashing_Error Message Provided

Question

My model is stratifying nicely now, however, there is a fatal error message that I need interpretation please: "Assertion failed: pxp->bf_offset <=offset && offset < pxp-bf_offset + (off_t) pxp-bf_extent, file posixio.c, line 327. "

Any interpretation you could provided would be appreciated, thank you.
