xyz / UTM gridding?

Question

Have UTM xyz CSV waterbody file and UTM xy outline file.  

Java crashes every time I try to generate AEM3D bathymetry file in HydroHub Lite.  

Seems like the file is generated -- runs for awhile, but then stops without allowing to assign a name to the generated bathy file.  

No errors in the log window, nothing.  

Please advise.
