Not getting ice

Question

We have two winter applications running, one models ice and accurate temperatures, the other does not grow ice and winter temperatures go as low as -6C.   Anyone else have this issue?  Will post back if we sort it out.

Ice is better with the latest .exe, but still less ice than in ELCOM.
