Stuck in (seemingly) infinite loop using the water quality module?

Hey y'all,

I'm using AEM3D with the new water quality module. My simulation gets stuck eternally entering and exiting "limit_scalars." When I turn the water quality module off (iwaterquality = 0), I don't have any issues. I have ihardlimit turned off. I tried turning it on and setting min/max values for simulated scalars, and it didn't seem to change the results. Any ideas?
