Hydrohub Lite cannot open BC file

When I try to open the boundary conditions file it does not allow me to do so due to an error. 

This is the BC File:

I really appreciate your help because I can't find the error in the format.

The AEM3D BC File loading is for temporal boundary condition files (inflows met data etc) not for the bc.dat files used in pre.
