Horizontally varying surface BC

Good morning,
I'm trying to set up AEM3D. I need to generate the horizontally varying boundary conditions file but I don´t have the generating file create_surf_bc.exe.
Someone knows why? It is not the demo version.

I am interested in create_surf_bc.exe, too. Is it possible to obtain a copy?
