Why does AEM3D crashes when <ALL3D> is added to datablock file?

Thank you Chris.

I modified the datablock.xml file by adding 
<All3D>
     <filename>all.nc</filename>
     <variable>TEMPERATURE</variable>
   </All3D>
but AEM3D crashes with the following error after running more than half way through simulation time:

"Assertion failed: pxp->bf_offset <= offset && offset  <  pxp->bf_offset + <off_t> pxp-> bf_extent, file posixio.c, line 327"

I am using the latest build of AEM3D.
