How do I export simulation results as 3D data to a single ncdf file?

Hi,

In addition to the 2-dimensional  profile data (profile.nc) and curtain data (curtain.nc), I would like to export all my outputs into a single 3D time-varying ncdf file, which I would like to visualize on a 3D visualization software. If this is possible, how I would do that?

Hi Seyoum,

Use the All3D datatype, i,e in your datablock.xml

  <All3D>
    <filename>all.nc</filename>
    <variable>REL_HUM</variable>
  </All3D>
